RecMaster for Windows
RecMaster for Windows Information:

Is RecMaster compatible with my computer?
RecMaster currently has two independent versions for Windows and macOS respectively. The latest RecMaster for Windows is compatible well with Windows XP, 7, 8, 8.1 and 10, both 32-bit and 64-bit included. And the latest RecMaster for Mac requires macOS 10.11 or above.

What’s the minimum system requirement for running RecMaster?
Generally, once your operation system is compatible with RecMaster (check question 1) and have enough RAM and disk space, you can run RecMaster normally, no special system requirement on the other things.

What is the difference between the free trial and full version?
The two do have the same recording performance. But with full version, you can enjoy an unlimited recording without fixed watermark, as well as some advanced features like task schedule, watermark customization etc.

How do I remove the watermark from my exported video?
Once you purchase and register RecMaster with a valid license code which you received in your email, your future video will not be exported with a RecMaster branded watermark. To remove the watermark of an existing recording, you should register -> open the video list -> select and open it by clicking Edit -> export. Thus the video will not be watermarked any more.

What should I do if the software crashes or not working?
The reason for software crashing or not working may vary from situations. So please export the log file of software by clicking “Export Logs” from the menu’s drop-down list on the UI, and send to Recmaster support team for more help.

Why there is a quality loss after recording?
Video quality is affected by many factors, including the three - video format, resolution, and frame rate that Recmaster software enables you to adjust. To maintain the screen recording quality as well as the original, you’d better keep resolution as original. For gameplay recording with many fight scenes, 60fps is more recommended.

What should I do if I cannot capture the audio from my microphone?
The problem may be caused by your wrong pre-setting or the microphone itself. Therefore, make sure your microphone is workable and the microphone audio is allowed to capture (turn on the Microphone Audio option on software before recording).

How do I reduce the file size of recording file?
Since the file size of your recording is determined by the length and settings on output video/audio, you can reduce its size by recording at shorter time and adjusting format, resolution and frame rate. Also, you can compress the video afterwards via postproduction.
